As an Experience Designer for Bounteous, I partnered with Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) to craft engaging email campaigns and optimize their UI, directly supporting their mission to deliver exceptional vacation ownership and member services. Working within a dynamic team for BAU campaigns, we operated on a tight schedule, producing two emails per week featuring a dynamic header and select photography. This fast-paced environment demanded innovative and brand-aligned designs that captured consumer attention.
One notable project involved designing a net new email template specifically for HGV's Diamond members. Recognizing that this audience—primarily professionals in their fifties and sixties who travel frequently—required a distinct approach, I moved beyond HGV's traditional image-heavy campaigns. Instead, I leveraged the Diamond member brand colors to create a sophisticated, icon-based design. This modern and elegant aesthetic successfully differentiated the Diamond member experience, aligning perfectly with their preferences and messaging.
